This application form is a shorter form of the General Application Form and it is to be filled out for promotions and by candidates who assert that they are qualified to take the courses we offer online.   If you are unsure of your qualifications, you can read the information in our FAQ and in Courses Pages or fill out the General Application form and submit it for so that we can assess your qualilifications to succesffuly complete the courses you wish to take.  

​​​​​​​The main purpose of this form is to apply for tuition for our internal courses or to prepare for any of the authorized College Board’s Advanced Placement ® (AP) course exams. Please not that we do not operate an AP exam center so students taking our authorized AP® courses should work wiith us to make arrangements to sit the exams in their high school district or at an independent AP® exam center. Applicants are required/strongly urged to read the Online code of conduct, Course Fees and Academic Registration Requirements (in the Applications web page) prior to completing this application form.

The courses that will definitely be run are Calculus AB, Algebra 2, General Chemistry 1, AP Physics 1 and AP Computer Science Principles (w/ python).  They are all year long courses.  The minimum number of students is 2, maximum is 24 and the cost per course for these five courses will be $250.00. per year.  Other courses such as AP Physics C, AP Physics 2, AP Chemistry, and Geometry will depend on minimum class size of 20 and maximum of 24 students.  The Cost will be $499 per course for these year-long optional courses.  The first 5 applicants for algebra 2 or algebra2 and AP Physics 1, will receive a scholarship to these courses subject to the conditions of their scholarship.
